Scope
A new plaza at the San Francisco Nancy Pelosi Federal Building.
Services:
Needs assessment and program of requirements development; ROM budget estimating.
Procurement of design-build contract, with evaluation and selection of landscape architect team; Development of all scopes of work & proposal evaluation criteria; Facilitation of proposal reviews.
Services provided as a senior project manager with the US General Services Administration.
Results:
A new space to reinvigorate the plaza, decrease crime, and increase participant and neighborhood use and safety.
