Why Edwards?

Proven management and delivery of projects on-schedule, on-budget, and meeting all performance requirements.

Edwards Project Management is your force multiplier, helping teams:

Augment Internal Expertise: Edwards brings the experience and qualifications of a large project management consultant, with the flexibility and attention only a smaller consulting office can provide.

Overcome Resource Constraints: Hiring a full-time, experienced project manager can be cost-prohibitive for smaller budgets. Edwards can step in where there is no dedicated project management team, or augment existing teams, working seamlessly with your other divisions like legal and finance.

Navigate Complex Obstacles: Public projects involve unique complexities: procurement rules, public transparency, grant funding requirements, community engagement, multi-agency coordination, and specialized permitting. Edwards helps you navigate this efficiently, with experience on private, state, and federal projects.

Bridge Communication Gaps: Edwards acts as the crucial link between city staff, elected officials, consultants (architects, engineers), contractors, and the community.

Ensure Value for Taxpayers: As an owner's rep, Edwards ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality, protecting public funds.
